I specified cruise control on my new Vauxhall Zafira but didn't get it - what should I do?

I purchased a Zafira on April 15 2013. The dealer specification described the vehicle has having cruise control, however when I returned home I discovered no cruise control on the car. I went back to the dealer who informed me they use more or less the same spec on all models. I am pleased with the car but, having had cruise control on previous vehicles, I miss it. Your comments on my next course of action would be greatly appreciated.

If the advertised (not the brochure) description of the car included cruise control and you did not get it then you did not get what you paid for and you can return the car straight away for a full cash refund. If you merely went by brochure description, then you can't. The courts have accepted that the spec of a car can change between brochure and production.
