Which car to replace my Skoda with a long warranty?

The warranty on my Skoda runs out in June this year. In December the rear windscreen wiper packed up. My Skoda dealer confirmed I needed a new windscreen motor, which was ordered. I gather these motors come from Sweden. March drew to a close and my dealer is still waiting for the spare part to arrive, which does not inspire confidence. Would it be a sensible time to change my car for a new one? I only drive 5000 miles a year and require economy with reliability.

Very common failure on Octavias, and Roomsters as well. It would make sense to move to a car with a longer warranty. 4-year warranty: Renault; 5-year warranties: Toyota, Hyundai, Dacia (for an extra £395). 7-year warranty: KIA. ‘Lifetime Warranty’: Vauxhall.
