Is the Dacia 4x4 good for towing?

My husband is considering buying a Dacia 4x4 to replace our three-year-old Renault Megane Estate. It will be used locally, to tow our two-berth caravan occasionally and a small cattle trailer rarely, doing about 15,000 miles annually. Would the Dacia be suitable and reliable? We are retired.

Probably. It has a good record in mainland Europe and is going down very well indeed in India. But they are built to order, and the wait can be up to six months if you can’t buy a demo car.
