Vauxhall Corsa warning light - what should I do?

My Vauxhall Corsa's power steering light comes on when putting the key in the ignition, but as soon as cranked over it goes off. The car runs fine and only recently started to show this (steering wheel with "!" mark).

I took tge car to where I brought it from and they hooked up to a fault code reader, but no codes were shown. Is this anything to worry about?

These cars have a powered steering column, and they have been trouble on the Meriva A. But as long as the light goes off again and the steering does not weight up when driving, no need to worry.
