Vauxhall Zafira Tourer or Ford C-Max?

I'm looking to buy an automatic MPV, but am undecided on what used car to buy. The choice is between the Vauxhall Zafira Tourer 1.4i turbo or the Ford Grand C-Max Powershift. As I do not do many miles I am a little worried about a diesel with potential DPF problems. What advice can you offer?

That chain cam 1.4T 140PS is a decent engine and the six speed torque converter autobox is quite good too. Of course, it's petrol, and you can't get a Grand C-Max petrol automatic, only the 2.0TDCI. So the answer depends on what sort of mileage you will need it for. Low miles: petrol; High miles: diesel.

Enjoyable and comfortable to drive, some really good engine choices, does a decent job on practicality.
