Jaguar XF - what's the best wheel size?

I own a 2011 Jaguar XF, but the ride quality and road noise are very poor from the low profile tyres. Is it possible to have normal road tyres fitted on the same 19-inch rims?

No. The smallest size you can go down to on an XF is 17-inch, but dangerous to go below 18-inch on a 3.0V6 diesel: The smallest size wheels for an XF are 17inch. Basic wheel and tyre size: 17s with 235/55 R17 99W tyres.

Next size: 18-inch with 245/45 R18 100W tyres. Next size: 19-inch with 245/40 R19 98Y tyres. Next size: 20-inch with 255/35 R20 97Y front and 285/30 R20 99Y rear tyres.
