BMW 3 Series - Will 17-inch wheels affect fuel consumption?

Will replacing the normal 16-inch tyres with 17-inch runflats affect the drive or consumption on my BMW 320d?

Yes. That's why the ED comes on 16-inch wheels and Michelin Energy Saver 205/60 R16 tyres. Fuel economy on 17-inch runflats will be about five per cent worse.
