Can I get a refund on this BMW?

I bought a low mileage approved used BMW X3 in march of this year.

It has been plagued with problems and to be fair the local dealer has tried to rectify these problems. However, yesterday after another attempt to fix the problem (unsuccessfully) they told me that there was nothing more they could do.

Would I be entitled to a full refund as the car has never been satisfactory?

You could push for a refund, minus an allowance for the mileage you have covered and time you have had the car. Law here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
