Ignition issues with Renault Clio - what's the fault?

My 2001 Renault Clio has recently been having trouble starting. I can get in the car one time and it will start fine, the next I attempt to start the engine, turn the key fully, and there is absolutely nothing, no "ticking over" noise or anything. However all the lights on the dashboard still illuminate. I have taken it to the garage to see if there are any faults on the computer, but there is nothing. The battery was checked at the same time and apparently that's fine too. Any suggestions?

Well if the battery is okay, and the starter is not turning the engine, we would suspect the Ignition switch, the starter relay/solenoid or the starter itself.
Check all fuses first, but you may need the help of a auto electrician to check the system (not a mechanic).
