Ordered a spare wheel but got a steel space saver - can I demand a refund?

I bought a new KIA Rio recently and ordered a spare wheel to go with it. The spare cost £250 and I was expecting a 17-inch alloy wheel, but on delivery I found a 15-inch steel wheel instead.

I am very unhappy as I expected a matching wheel to those fitted to the car and the dealer has subsequently quoted £248 for a new wheel and tyre, but will only refund £148 of my purchase price. What are my options?

If you ordered a matching spare wheel you can sue the dealer to supply a matching 17-inch alloy. If you ordered a 'spare' wheel, then what would normally have been supplied would have been a space saver.
