Is the dealer liable for the faults with me used car?

Two weeks ago I bought a Citroen C5 Tourer from a one man dealer. The reversing sensors and power steering do not work. Would the legal warranty cover this?

The one man dealer has to fix these faults or give you your money back. Nothing to do with an insured warranty. Entirely his responsibility.
