What's causing the front brakes to seize on my Mercedes-Benz CLK ?

The front brakes have suddenly locked on my Mercedes-Benz CLK for no apparent reason. I’ve checked the pads, callipers, brake fluid, linkages and master cylinder, but all are in perfect condition. I’ve also inspected the handbrake, but that’s fine too. Can you suggest what may have caused the problem?

It would appear that the yaw sensor may be faulty.
