What are the best tyres for the Toyota Avensis Tourer?

I want to change the tyres on my Toyota Avensis Tourer. The car has its Bridgestone ER300, which are pretty poor in all weathers. What would you recommend as a good all year alternative?

By far the best are Goodyear Vector 4 Seasons, and you can leave them on all year round. They are actually good to drive in summer too.
