Can I reject a car after two years?

My 2011 Land Rover Freelander - which i have owned since new - has developed a slight misfire below 50mph. I have returned it to the dealer multiple times, yet it hasn’t been fixed. The dealer is now considering sending the car back to the Land Rover factory to investigate further.

The car has been of the road for three weeks now, do I have any rights to reject or seek compensation for all hassle?

No right to reject at this age. You do have the right to be kept mobile in an equivalent vehicle until it is fixed.
