Which executive car for low running costs?

I am replacing my BMW 325d and am looking at:

Merc E350 Diesel Coupe (approved used up to two years)
Current BMW 330d (approved used up to 1 year)
New IS250 Lexus (new order)
New Golf GTi (manual not DSG and five year warranty)

Fuel economy is less of a priority than reliability as well as being fun to drive.

Four cylinder diesels are not my cup of tea, like the BMW 320.

Which of these four could be run reliably for 5 to 6 years without requiring any more than routine maintenance?

I don't believe in longlife 'routine' maintenance. Every car needs an oil and filter change every 10k miles or every year, whichever comes first. So you've kind of boxed your way into an F30 330d. An IS250 would probably be more reliable, but less 'fun'.
