How reliable is the Ford Ecoboost 1.0?

I am planning to purchase a Ford Focus 1.0-litre with the Ecoboost turbocharged petrol engine. Have you had reports of any reliability problems with this new engine?

Early reports of turbo failures from owners switching them off when the turbos were too hot. The turbos are water-cooled, but they have a lot of work to do so can still get very hot.
