Why does my Ford Fiesta leak when I top up the water bottle?

I have a 2002 Ford Fiesta 1.6 and there is a leak. I filled the water bottle up and the water just comes out of the bottom. The car is running fine. What could this be?

Either the pipe has come off the header tank or the radiator is holed. =
