Looking to part-ex, do dealers accept damaged cars?

I'm looking to get a new Honda Civic 2013 on finance with Honda. I have a SEAT Ibiza 2005 1.9 TDI Sport 100 with the following issues:

Large dent/scratch to both passenger side doors
Minor damage to front bumper
Paint damage to rear bumper (repaired but visible)
All 4 alloy wheels scuffed
Knob missing on radio
Engine management light active, issue with turbo
2X scored brake disks

I would a Honda dealer take this car in, and if so how much would be acceptable?

A dealer will probably offer about £1,500 for your Ibiza in the condition you describe.
