Which large SUV is capable of towing a large caravan?

I am buying a large caravan and would appreciate your advice on which large car would suit my needs and budget with which to tow it. I can go up to about £16,000 and need a 4x4 diesel such as the Volvo XC90, BMW X5, Mazda CX-7, Porsche Cayenne or Land Rover Discovery. As these will be about five to six years old, which should be the most durable and not cost a fortune in repairs for its anticipated towing life, which is the next 10 years at 5000 miles a year?

I would go for a 2010 or later Hyundai Santa Fe 2.2 R-Type diesel manual 6-speed, as that has a towing capacity of 2500kg. Touaregs and Discoveries have a bigger towing capacity of 3000 - 3500kg. A CX-7 is only 2000kg.
