Can you recommend a new automatic hatchback for an annual mileage of 6000?

I am looking for a new automatic 5-door hatchback that is comfortable for four people, economical and has good acceleration - diesel or petrol, annual mileage about 6000. I was going to look at the Nissan Note, Citroen C3 and C4, SEAT Ibiza, Vauxhall Astra and possibly an Audi A3 (which would probably be too pricey). Would you particularly recommend any of these or are there others I haven't thought of? The new Ford Focus is too big for me.

Add to your list the Honda Jazz 1.4 CVT-7, Hyundai ix20 1.6 auto, and KIA Venga 1.6 auto. I don’t recommend a diesel for such low annual mileage.
