Are KIA engines chain cam?

It looks as if KIA engines are chain cam, which I believe you recommend. Do you have any brief comments re petrol/diesel and or manual/automatic?

KIA engines are now all chain cam. The problem with current diesels is particulate filters which are not suitable for engines used for repeated short runs from cold. While all manual four-cylinder diesels have dual mass flywheels, the old torque converter diesel automatics don't need them. But the new range with twin clutch DCTs does not include a diesel automatic.
