Which company car for motorway driving with good fuel economy and low tax?

I am shortly to change jobs and will have to choose a company car, list price up to £28,000. I am 6-feet 4-inches tall, will drive approximately 60,000 miles per annum and will be in the 40 per cent tax band. I will have to pay for the fuel used and then be reimbursed at the rate set by the government, so fuel economy will be an important factor as well as cruise control for motorway driving. I would appreciate your views on which car I should consider.

A BMW F30 320d Efficient Dynamics. It's rated at under 110g/km CO2, so it's very favourable both for fuel economy and BIK and is priced at £28,080. www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar/bmw/3-series-2012/?s...d
