Is V-power suitable for use in my Skoda Octavia?

Is there any benefit in using Shell V-Power diesel in my new Octavia 1.6 DSG or is it intended more for high performance cars? I only do about 6000 miles a year.

Yes, V-Power is of greater benefit for low mileage drivers because it will keep your fuel system cleaner and better lubricated, and may help to prevent DPF problems. It has nothing to do with performance - I use V-Power petrol in a 69PS FIAT 500 that has negligible performance.
