How do I price my unusual BMW 325i?

I am considering selling my slightly unusual BMW 325i (3.0L) SE Coupe. It was built in May 2007 as a BMW show car with the Sept 2007 Efficient Dynamics spec (N53 engine, etc), but BMW UK only registered it in April 2008 on an 07 plate. I bought it in July 2008 at 250 miles. How should I describe it and price it? It has done nearly 40,000 miles, deep green metallic/cream leather and is loaded with options.

It will be seen and priced as an 07. The 203g/km 07 with 59k miles is priced at £10,100 retail, £7,600 trade, add £700 for the lower miles. The 170g/km 07/57 with 55k miles is priced at £10,850 retail, £8,230 trade, add £450 for the lower miles.
