My Vauxhall Zafira 1.6 won't run. Starts for two seconds and then cuts out.

You can either have a diagnostic check carried out which should identify the problem, or otherwise check out the following:

1. ECU basic setting
2. Air intake/vacuum system for leaks
3. EVAP (evaporative emission control valve)
4. MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
5. APP (accelerator pedal position) sensor
6. ECT (engine coolant temp) sensor

As you can see it could be a number of things hence the diagnostic in the first instance (should cost around £50 to £70)
