Is this Kia valuation about right?

I have been offered a 2005 Kia Sportage 4WD with 45,000 miles on the clock and FSH for £4700 at an independent dealers.

Does this vehichle have a chain drive and is the asking price too high?

Enjoyable drive, especially in diesel form. Plenty of kit. Rear seats recline and fold flat easily. Roomy and practical.
