Skoda Octavia 57 plate 1.9tdi injector failed - do they all need to be replaced?

My local Skoda dealer has informed me that one of my diesel injectors needs replacement. This is likely to cost around £800. I'm aware that there have been recalls on the 2.0 TDi engine and have asked if Skoda will make a contribution to the replacement. My query is, if one injector fails should the rest be replaced? Many thanks.

Toyota says all have to be replaced because they are uniquely coded together. This has been questioned, but I don't have an answer. Not sure of what VAG says. if it's a PD engine then the most likely reason for the failure is dirty oil. VAG's longlife service regime is asking for trouble. needs to be changed far more frequently.
