Dodgy Dodge dealer

I am having a nightmare with Chrysler Dodge. My car is sitting on my drive with a defective alternator that is within warranty, but the customer service at Dodge, Kidlington is so awful I cannot deal with the manager who is just rude.

It has been suggested that I take it to the Swindon branch 30 miles away. The customer is most definitely not important and I am over a barrel as there are no dodge approved garages in Oxford.

This should be between you and the dealer you bought the car from. If that dealer will not help, involve a solicitor. Your rights are here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
