Refurbishing alloy wheels

The wheels on my RAV4 are looking scruffy and peeling. I have looked at powder coaters in Bromsgrove area but am confused reading all the companies. Should I have them done or not bother? I am just about to have 4 new tyres fitted so shall I just leave it to Hi Q?

If you are having the wheels refurbed, then best to have them painted or fully coated and laquered with several layers of clearcoat rather than polished and clearcoated. Probably better to fit the new tyres afterwards, but ask the refurb guys first.
