New water pump and cam for 4 year old Fiat 500 with only 19k on the clock?

My garage, who are just in the process of doing the annual service and MOT on my Fiat 500, tell me that the water pump on my Fiat 500 has a leak and needs replacing.

Apparently this happens alongside the cam. The car is only 4 years old, has 19k on clock and for the first year with previous owner, only did 20 miles (I bought it pre-registered from a Fiat dealership). All for an eye watering £385 (includes cam). Does this sound reasonable?

Hasn't happened to mine which is a bit older but with even less miles. FIAT recommends a timing belt change every 4 years anyway, and would change the waterpump at the same time if it was leaking.
