New car drains its battery

I bought a car on 17/8/12 from a dealer. Drove home fine. They mentioned they put a new battery on it as the old one was flat. Went to start the car the next day and the battery was absolutely dead. Something is draining the battery. It is now with a garage who are trying to find the root cause. Purchased mainly on finance and the 14 day cooling off period is next week. I am on holiday from Saturday so am unable to deal with anything next week. Can I just return the vehicle and ask for a refund? Worried that it might be something major and I will be lumbered!

May be the radio needs to be switched off at the radio oir stays live. If there is a delay in the interior light switch it might be that. If there is some other interior light somewhere staying on tghan will be that.
