Is the new Ford 1.0-litre engine reliable? Have there been promlems so far?

Yes. Turbo failures from drivers switching off when the turbos are red hot. The turbo needs to be idled for 20 - 120 seconds after long ascents, after towing, after long motorway stints and after driving at high revs.
