Need an SUV with a full size spare

Shortly trading in two RAV4's (one 5 door, one 3 door). I specifically want a 4x4 replacement with a full size spare tyre contained within, or on the rear of, the vehicle - not purchased separately and strapped to the roof as a helpful Toyota salesman suggested.
