Nissan Qashqai - do I have a case under the Sale of Goods Act 1979?

Could someone advise me whether I have case here under this SOGA.

We purchased a brand new Nissan Qashqai in Jan 2011. In May it went in and had a new clutch, its currently back with the dealer having a new gearbox fitted, we have had problems throughout the year. Can I reject the car and get my money back under this act, the car seems to have fallen well short of expectation.

No, not if the dealer repairs it.
