Buying an SUV in Malta?

We are moving to Malta soon and need a car that will accommodate our labrador. My wife also prefers an Automatic. Within our budget for a 3 year lease, we can get a new KIA Sportage EX 2.0, Nissan Qashqai Tekna 2.1 TDCI, Toyota RAV 4 XTR AWD or a Used Mar 2009 Freelander 2.2 TDI with 18500 miles or a Used Mar 2010 BMW X3 2.0 D.

The X3 is the old model. If the RAV-4 is the 2.0 Valvematic with Multidrive S CVT auto, that's the one to go for. It's lower CO2 and more economical than the RAV-4 diesel auto.
