My wife is looking to replace her Nissan Note after three years of reliable service. Her only problem with it is that she struggles with a lack of comfort over a 4-hour journey. Whilst this may be part of the ageing process, can you recommend a petrol hatchback, (ideally similar to the Note), that will be more comfortable and large enough to take a sleepy dog in the back and will be similarly reliable please? Our budget is up to £16,000.
