Should I ask for the third party to cover a diminution in value to my Audi A5 due to accident repair?

A neighbour has pranged (wing, lights and bumper) my new A5. The repair is underway and I hope it will be looking good soon. However when I trade this car in, probably in two years, I expect it to be worth less than a non-repaired one. Do I ask the other side to pay for this loss or just accept it as one of life's sweet moments?

It's called Diminution in Value and there is an insurer's scale for it.
