Which small automatic car would make a good replacement for my Vauxhall Vectra?

I drive a Vauxhall Vectra Elite. I have now finished work, as I am a pensioner and would like to downsize a little to a type similar to a Corsa for economical reasons. Please would you advise which cars would be suitable, bearing in mind that it must be automatic and have a lower tax rating that I am currently paying? My budget is £13,000.

The Hyundai i10 1.2 auto is good. The Suzuki Splash 1.2 auto is okay and a bit bigger. There is now a Mazda 2 1.5 4-speed auto that is the best small automatic to drive, priced at £12,060. Then, of course, there's the Corsa 1.4 auto.
