Peugeot 206 fault

I own a 2002 Peugeot 206 1.6i GLX and a anti pollution fault has come up on the dash, i have change the lambda sensor as indicated on the diagnostic test but after 3 weeks it has come on again. What do you think it could be

Maybe the catalytic converter has given up.
