Stop/start economy

I am interested in the new Toyota Yaris 1.33 stop/start. Particularly attractive is the low VED, the 6-speed gearbox and dual VVT-i Technology that makes the car quick but economical. I have noticed
your recommendations for Hyundai and KIA models: i20, Cee'd, etc., and believe that they offer models with VVT engines. Can you suggest a range of smallish to medium size cars that satisfy many of the features I seem to be keen on, namely good performance/fuel economy/interior space/comfort/value for money? Am I asking too much?

The i10 1.2 Kappa is fantastic, under 121g/km and with a 5-year warranty, but is hard to get. The i20 1.2 Kappa is also very good, but slightly over 121g/km. The best bargain is the Hyundai i30 1.4 Comfort. Not super-low CO2, but a lot of car for £9,800 and cheap because Hyundai has only just opened a new factory in the Czech Republic and, while it isn't increasing production by putting on another shift, it can't cut production by shedding workers.
