Great Exectations

I had an Accord for 6 years and did 100,000 trouble free miles. I then bought a 2004/54 Civic 1.6 Executive auto. I have had it for 3 years and it has been trouble-free. It has now done 50,000 miles. I have it serviced annually by a Honda dealer. I do not want to trade it in for a newer Civic. I don't like the design of that, and it has no rear wiper or opening sunroof and the proper auto version is very expensive. If I keep my 2004 model until it drops, what will I have to look out for and what will the expenses be? What would you do? What comparable car on the market has climate control, proper auto, sunroof, rear wiper, CD player, heated seats etc for a modest outlay?

You are actually running quite a sought-after car. It will need timing belt soon. Take advice from the dealer. New alternatives include a Nissan Note 1.6 auto and a KIA Venga 1.6 auto.
