Peugeot wheel locking
My Peugeot 405 td estate 1996 has suddenly developed a problem with o/s rear wheel locking/seizing and cannot drive forward or back. Handbrake lever is off. Any ideas on problem would be appreciated.

Try cleaning the calliper pins with an airline. If that doesn't work, new rear calliper.
