93 1.6 Dip beam not working. Fuse Box buzzing - des.lavender

My car has developed a new fault. The offside headlight has stopped working in dipped mode and this is accompanied by a buzzing sound from around the fuse box area. I have taken the bottom dash panel off and established it isn't one of the relays but appears to be behind the fuse box and bonnet release handle. I've undone the bottom two screws but can't see what is holding the top of the fuse box. Any ideas on how to get this out of the way and/or what could be the cause of the buzzing? I can't see what else is behind there - there are wires and some other things but I need to get in there. Many thanks, Des.

I think I would be looking at a poor contact at the lighting switch dip/main circuit for the cause of a buzzing relay.hth
