1994 ?? Change of timing Belt. - bullybeef

Hi all,
could anyone tell me how much of a job it is to change the cam belt on a 94 carina e.
Could a compitent mechanic (on the side) be able to do it,or would it need to go into a garage. The car has done 110k. I suppose I have got another 15k or so before it needs doing.
