Is it time to change my Hyundai i30 brake pads?
My local dealer reports that my brake pads are 70% worn and advises all round replacement. The car was registered in March 2010 and has done 49,000 miles. Do you consider that I can safely continue driving for a further few thousand miles before renewing them?

No more than another 1,000 miles. I'd book the car in now because by the time you can get it in you may have done 1,000 miles.
