Can I get a retrofit CD player for my car?

Is there a retrofit CD player for my 2022 Volkswagen T-Roc?

There are a number of retrofit CD players available online - most of them are standalone units that connect using the car's USB port. You then use the CD player like you would a USB media device. They are usually only single CD slots, however.
