I reversed into park car opposite my driveway, am I still at fault?
I reversed out of my drive in a small cul-de-sac and hit a parked car that was parked over the opposite driveway. They were causing an obstruction... am I still at fault?

Although the parked vehicle was blocking a driveway, this is a parking infringement at worst and the Highway Code informs drivers that they should not block a driveway rather than stating 'must not', which indicates it is not a legal obligation. Unfortunately this means that, as the driver in charge of the moving vehicle, we would expect liability to be with you.
